Our mission is rooted in service — not just to our customers, but to the region we call home. With Brownsville’s unique position as a manufacturing and logistics hub—bordering Mexico, home to the Port of Brownsville, and adjacent to the expanding aerospace sector—we’re perfectly positioned to produce solar systems that are both affordable and future-forward.

Co-founders Matt Wise and Nathan Cohorst bring decades of combined experience in engineering, innovation, and community impact. Their portfolio includes projects like solar-powered water purification, autonomous emergency drones, advanced manufacturing robotics, and resilient off-grid energy systems. Both were actively involved in humanitarian relief efforts following Hurricane Harvey and continue to volunteer at a local maker space, empowering the next generation with hands-on STEM education and mentorship.
